- NO Smoking in any rooms or communal areas. you will be FINED.
- Cancelation if you cancel within 7 days of your check-in you will lose your deposit.
- Damages you will be charges for any damages to your room when you have checked out. including excessive cleaning i.e stains on carpet, stains on bedding,
- Antisocial Behaviour will not be tolerated on these premises and you will be asked to leave the premises without a refund for the remaining nights. and the police may be called.
CANCELLATION
- FREE cancellation until 7 days before arrival date.
- If you wish to cancel within the 7 days you will be charged for the 1st night stay.
- NO SHOW you will be charged the full amount for your stay.
